Wellbeing & Help
Care, support, and help when you need it.
A platform without care infrastructure would be saying we only want you when you’re winning. We refuse that. This is where you come when something is hard — and where the platform comes when patterns suggest we should reach out to you. (Institutional name: the Wellbeing Centre, consolidated here with the Help Office for ease of navigation.)
The six functions
Care Concierge
Available nowA human who listens, then routes you to the right path.
When something is hard — a circle going sideways, a contribution you can’t make, a member you’re worried about — start here. A trained team member reads what you write, on a 5-business-day SLA, and points you to the path that matches: in-circle conversation, dispute mediation, partner support, or simply the time to think.
Open a caseThe Wellness Check
Available nowA quarterly check-in. Quiet. Not a satisfaction survey.
Every three months, a short set of questions about how the platform is sitting with you. The Wellness Check is private to you and the care team; it routes to Care Concierge if anything you write suggests we should reach out.
Take the checkThe Resilience Library
Available nowStories from members who have navigated difficulty.
Member-contributed and member-controlled. Not curated for inspirational content — honest, varied, sometimes difficult, because that’s what real life looks like. Authors choose identified or anonymous; either way they can withdraw at any time. Per the Wellbeing Centre Charter §6.

Coming soonSmall peer groups on hard topics. Coming soon.
Time-boxed peer groups (4–8 members) on shared difficulty — circles that didn’t complete, financial loss after migration, caregiving expectations from family. Facilitated; confidential; not therapy. Coming soon.
Early Warning
Coming soonSignal to the care team when patterns suggest reaching out. Coming soon.
When platform signals (missed contributions in cascade, sudden withdrawal from communication, dispute volume) suggest the care team should reach out, they do — with a member’s opt-out always honoured.
The Public Health Board
Not yet availableAggregate, anonymised view of the community’s wellbeing. Not yet available.
Once the platform is large enough that aggregate signal is meaningful, the Board reports on community-wide patterns: cycle completion rates by region, dispute resolution times, Care Concierge response volume. Always anonymised; always aggregate; always public.
