Circa is Circlworld's AI assistant. She is available on every page of the platform via the floating Ask button. For members, Circa can: • Answer questions about how the platform works • Navigate you to any page with one click • Explain your Standing score and what affects it • Help you understand your contribution schedule For Treasurers, Circa adds three more capabilities: • Briefings — a daily summary of what needs attention across your circles • Coach — your TPP rate, what drives it, and what to do to earn more • Advisor — guidance for operational decisions (disputes, payouts, exits) Circa answers from the Circlworld Knowledge Base — the complete set of platform rules, governance procedures, and operational information. She does not make things up. If she does not know, she says so. What Circa does not do: she does not handle sensitive conversations. If a member is struggling personally, if a dispute involves emotional complexity, if someone needs to feel heard by a real person — that is your job, not Circa's.
