Inviting members

As a Treasurer, you invite members in two ways: by sharing an invite link, or by entering their email address directly on the platform. When you share an invite link, you can send it via WhatsApp, email, text message — whatever your community uses. The person clicks the link, creates a Circlworld account (if they do not already have one), and completes identity verification. When you enter an email address, the platform sends a branded invitation email automatically. The member follows the same process: create account, verify identity, join the circle. Every member must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before they can join. This means uploading a government-issued photo ID and taking a selfie. The process takes 2-3 minutes. You cannot add someone without KYC — this protects the entire group. Once verified, the member appears on your circle's member list. You can see their name, join date, and contribution status. You cannot see their Standing score, their financial details, or their activity in other circles — that information belongs to them. If a member's KYC fails (blurry photo, expired document), they can retry with a different document. You will see their status as "pending" until they are verified.
