The Service Fee Framework has been replaced.

Treasurer earnings on Circlworld now operate under Treasurer Pricing Structure v2.0. The Treasurer-set-rate-within-a-band mechanic from the Service Fee Framework is replaced by a simpler tier-locked subscription model.

How it works now:

• Subscription follows tier

  Five tiers: Community Builder £25 / Circle Steward £45 / Community Anchor £75 / Regional Custodian £125 / Circl Ambassador £200. You cannot self-select a tier; you earn it.

• Compound subscription routing

  When Members in your Circles subscribe to paid Circlworld tiers (Builder, Pro, Business), a portion of that subscription routes to you at your Treasurer Partnership Programme tier rate (15/18/20/22.5/25%). You do not invoice Members. The platform handles routing automatically.

• Member-decided progression

  Tier progression is decided by Member-voted attestation per the Treasurer Tier Algorithm v1.2. You earn your tier from the people you serve, not from selecting it.

The structural commitment is unchanged: no payment flows from the platform’s books to a Treasurer. The Uber v Aslam substance-over-form reasoning that motivated the original Framework is preserved in the new structure. What changes is the absence of a Treasurer-set fee and the locking of subscription cost to Treasurer Partnership Programme tier.
