How Treasurer pricing works
Subscription follows tier
As your practice grows and Members attest to your recognition, you progress from Community Builder through to Circl Ambassador. Your subscription cost and your Treasurer Partnership Programme allocation rate change with each tier. You cannot self-select a tier; you earn it.
Earnings come from compound routing
When Members in your Circles subscribe to Circlworld (Builder, Pro, or Business), their subscription is structurally compound. A portion goes to the platform for infrastructure; a portion routes to you as your Treasurer Partnership Programme allocation. You do not invoice Members. The platform handles routing automatically based on your tier.
You charge nothing additional to Members
Members pay Circlworld their tier subscription. They do not pay you separately. This is the architectural commitment that distinguishes Circlworld from gig-economy platforms — you are paid by the platform’s routing of subscription splits, not by extracting fees from Members.
Your Treasurer Partnership Programme tier determines pricing
You begin at Community Builder unless you migrate an existing practice through assessment. Progression is Member-decided through attestation per the Treasurer Tier Algorithm v1.2.

How tier placement works
A potential Treasurer might reasonably ask: “Can I just subscribe at Circl Ambassador and earn 25%?” The answer is no. Subscription tier follows Treasurer Partnership Programme tier, not Treasurer self-selection.
Path A — New practitioner
Enter at Community Builder. £25/month, 15% allocation rate, up to 25 active Members. Build your practice from this starting point. Progression to Circle Steward requires 90 days at tier, at least one cycle completed with clean completion, eight verified Members administered, a Member feedback rating of 4.0/5.0, Tier 2 Certification, and Member-voted attestation reaching 60% quorum.
Path B — Migrating practitioner
Practitioners with established prior practice undergo a structured migration assessment: documented prior practice, migrating Members with consent, reference attestations, background screening at the appropriate tier, certification, and anti-gaming heuristic checks. Placement matches verified history — 25-50 Members places at Circle Steward; 200+ Members with five years of established practice places at Circl Ambassador.
This mirrors professional credentialing. A doctor moving to the UK does not start as a medical student; existing qualifications are assessed and they are placed at the appropriate level. The same logic applies to migrating community savings practitioners.

Member tier determines the subscription amount; your tier determines the percentage that routes to you. Builder = £9.99, Pro = £29, Business = £199. Explorer (free) Members do not contribute attributable revenue.

Honest pricing note
The subscription numbers (£25 / £45 / £75 / £125 / £200) are working positions pending financial modelling. The Treasurer Partnership Programme allocation rates (15% / 18% / 20% / 22.5% / 25%) are confirmed per the Treasurer Tier Algorithm v1.2. The architecture is locked; the calibration of specific prices continues against operational data.
Start
Application includes identity verification (about 3 business days), Treasurer Addendum review (you take time to read), and confirmation. After approval, you complete the Foundation Treasurer Course and begin building your practice at Community Builder tier. Member-voted attestation moves you through subsequent tiers as your practice grows.
