Circlworld

Your congregation already practises generosity. Now it builds their future.

Tithes, offerings, and informal mutual support among congregants are the foundation of your community — financial discipline practised week after week. Circlworld brings those traditions into your stewardship: savings circles formalised, contributions recorded, and financial histories built from the discipline your community already cultivates.

The gap

Every Sunday

your members give

Tithes, offerings, and informal pardna among congregants. A culture of mutual support that is the foundation of your community.

No record

of the financial discipline your members demonstrate through years of faithful giving

Their generosity builds your ministry but not their credit history. Decades of consistent contribution that no lender, no landlord, no employer can see.

0

pathways from your congregation's savings culture into formal financial wellbeing

Your members' most consistent financial behaviour — giving — generates no personal financial benefit for them. The discipline is there; the credential is not.

The platform

Your pastoral staff or deacons become qualified Treasurers managing savings circles within your congregation. Members form circles that operate alongside your existing fellowship structures. Contributions build Financial Reliability Records — verified evidence of financial consistency rooted in the discipline your community already cultivates.

Your church becomes a gateway to financial inclusion for members who may be underserved by traditional banking. Stewardship moves from informal trust to professional governance — consistent with your ministry’s fiduciary values, and with the institutional integrity your congregants already extend to your leadership.

  • Pastoral staff and deacons operate as qualified Treasurers

  • Dispute resolution built into the platform
  • AI-powered member guidance through Circa, the conversational host
  • Full partner dashboard — your congregation, your circles, your metrics
  • Board-ready reporting with CSV export for trustees and elders

How it works

Your pastoral staff become Treasurers.

We train and qualify your designated pastoral staff or deacons through the Circlworld Treasurer certification programme. They learn to form circles, manage contribution cycles, handle disputes, and govern payouts. Qualification is on-platform — structured, assessed, and recorded.

Your Treasurers form circles within your congregation.

Circles form alongside your existing small-group and fellowship structures. Contributions are recorded on-platform and held per your church’s stewardship policy — typically through a partner credit union or your church’s existing financial infrastructure. Your Treasurers manage hand cycles, confirm contributions, and execute payouts. Circlworld records every transaction and builds each member’s financial history.

Stewardship deepens.

Your Treasurers earn a residual on premium subscriptions from the circles they manage — compensation for real ministry-adjacent work. Your church becomes a financial-wellbeing gateway for members who may be underserved by traditional banks. Your members gain a verified Financial Reliability Record. Your partner dashboard shows it all — congregation, circles, metrics, payout instructions. Export reports for trustees quarterly.

The member experience

Your members get a modern savings platform rooted in a tradition they already trust. Circles coordinate their contributions. Standing scores reward consistency. Circa, the AI conversational guide, answers their questions and helps them understand their financial position. Their savings history becomes a verified credential — a Financial Reliability Record that means something when they apply for credit, housing, or sponsorship outside the church.

A standard platform fee of 1.5% applies to each payout — covering governance infrastructure, record-keeping, credit scoring, dispute resolution, and AI assistance. No monthly subscription is required. Your members pay only when they receive their hand, and what they receive in return is a verified financial history that no informal pardna can provide.

They are not learning a new financial product. They are doing what they have always done — with a platform that finally makes it visible and valuable.

Partnership

Your church pays nothing. Your stewardship deepens from day one.

There is no licence fee. No setup cost. No monthly subscription. Your pastoral team qualify as Treasurers, manage circles, and earn a residual on every premium subscription from the members they serve. That residual is compensation for real work — not a gift.

But the residual is the smallest part of what your church gains. The larger story is structural.

Stewardship

Your members' savings activity is recorded, governed, and protected. Community savings move from informal trust to professional stewardship — consistent with your ministry's fiduciary values and the institutional integrity your congregants extend to your leadership.

Financial wellbeing

Members build credit histories from their savings circle participation. Financial counselling and benevolence programmes can reference real data, not self-reported estimates. The pathway from generous giver to credit-ready borrower becomes measurable.

Community depth

Savings circles create structured, ongoing small-group interaction beyond Sunday services. Fellowship deepens through shared financial commitment. The bonds that already exist in your community gain another dimension of mutual accountability.
