What the records look like.
The Registrar of Records maintains every Member’s participation, endorsements, service, leadership, dispute history, and credibility. The records belong to the Member; Circlworld is custodian, not owner. Disclosure flows out only by Member consent, where required by law, or as necessary for platform governance and dispute resolution.
The four layers of custody
Layer 1
Private Registrar
The complete record only the Member sees — participation, disputes, investigations, notes, governance actions, internal evidence.
Audience: The Member, alone.
Layer 2
Community Visibility
What a fellow Member of the same circle sees — joined date, participation status, endorsements, contribution completion. Sensitive details stay private.
Audience: Circle-mates of the Member.
Layer 3
Shared Trust Report
The Member generates a report and chooses who receives it, how long it lives, and which sections are included.
Audience: Whomever the Member explicitly selects (e.g. a bank, an employer, a landlord).
Layer 4
Verification Link
What the recipient sees: "Verified by Circlworld." Authenticity provable; the broader Registrar remains private.
Audience: The recipient of a Shared Trust Report.
Treasurer rooms (Layer 1, role-specific)

Public Trust Profile
Minimal by default — member-since, verification status, endorsement count, community-service years. The Member chooses what shows.
Audience: Anyone on the open web — opt-in only.
Public profile
Public Treasurer Profile
Fuller — identity level, years served, circles administered, endorsements, successful cycles, community standing. Treasurers are community leaders; prospective Members need to choose well.
Audience: Anyone on the open web considering joining a circle the Treasurer runs.
