What you sit

The Intermediate Certification is professional development you invest in to qualify yourself for higher TEP fees. It is your own training spend — claimable against your TEP income as a business expense in your jurisdiction. Not employer-funded training.

Enrol via Circl Academy

TEP fees to date

£422.50 cumulative · £26.40 monthly average

This is the total TEP fee paid to you (the independent-contractor Treasurer) since you became Community Builder. Sourced from platform revenue (subscriptions + Storefront) attributable to Members of your Circle — not from Member contributions.

TEP fees are paid to an independent-contractor Treasurer for the work of administering Circles. Not salary. Not employment. Treasurer is responsible for own tax in jurisdiction. See TEP Methodology Charter.

Treasurer Code of Conduct

Last signed 2 Feb 2025 (v1.0)

Treasurer Addendum signed 2 Feb 2025

The Code of Conduct is the profession’s standards — fiduciary care for Members’ interests, custodianship of trust (not of funds), communication isolation, cultural humility, mediation as first response, transparency in your own conduct. You re-sign at every tier promotion and when the Code is materially amended.

Your mentor

Devon R. · Community Leader

Relationship since 15 Feb 2025 · Last check-in 20 May 2026 · Monthly — by mutual arrangement

Mentor pairing at Tier 1 is a peer-led structure — a senior Treasurer accepts the mentorship as part of their own tier obligations. The platform records the pairing; the relationship is between you and your mentor.

When you’re ready

Apply for Community Organiser

Two gates remain open. Once your Standing reaches 70 and you complete Intermediate Certification, the application opens. Review is by the Treasurer Council (peer body) with the Member-elected Selection Committee, not Circlworld staff — your application is judged by your professional peers.
