What Trust Credits are
Trust Credits are a non-monetary platform utility issued by Circlworld Technology Limited to recognise participation and to provide access to premium platform features.
What Trust Credits are not
Trust Credits are not:
- Money or a financial instrument
- Redeemable for cash
- Transferable between users
- Refundable once granted
- Subject to the rights or protections that apply to cash holdings
How Trust Credits are obtained
Trust Credits are obtained in two ways:

Participation grants. The platform issues Trust Credits in recognition of completed platform activities (for example, on-time contributions, cycle completions, completing identity verification, casting votes, issuing or receiving endorsements). The current list of recognised activities and the credits issued for each is published in the in-product credit catalogue.

Access Bundle purchases. Users may purchase an Access Bundle, which is a paid subscription package. Each Access Bundle includes a Trust Credit reserve as one of several included platform benefits. The Access Bundle is the product; Trust Credits are one of several included elements.
How Trust Credits are used
Trust Credits may be used to access in-product features as published in the in-product redemption catalogue (for example, AI Assist queries, Trust Reports, LLP/CLP document drafting).
Adjustments
The platform may, in its sole discretion, adjust grant amounts, add or remove grant reasons, or update the redemption catalogue. Adjustments are forward-looking and do not affect previously granted Trust Credits.
Expiry, surrender value, and termination
Trust Credits expire on account deletion. Unused Trust Credits have no surrender value. Trust Credits may not be exchanged, sold, gifted, or transferred to another person or account.
Access Bundle refund policy
Access Bundle purchases are governed by the Circlworld Refund Policy. Because Trust Credits granted with an Access Bundle are issued at the time of purchase as part of a non-monetary benefit, a refund of the Access Bundle purchase price may be reduced by the value of Trust Credits already consumed at the time of refund.
Adjustments by the platform
Circlworld may, in extraordinary circumstances and only with audit-logged justification, adjust an individual user's Trust Credit balance — for example, to reverse a grant issued in error or to remediate fraud. Such adjustments are recorded in the user's Trust Credit transaction history.
Disputes
Disputes about Trust Credit grants, redemptions, or balances may be raised through the in-product support process. Disputes about the underlying cash purchase of an Access Bundle remain governed by the Circlworld Refund Policy and the Terms of Service.
