Member Activity Record Methodology

Charter Hall document Supersedes: Evidence Pack Methodology v1.0 (28 May 2026) Version: 1.0 Effective: 30 May 2026 Status: Operative — referenced by ToS, Member Agreement, and Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose of this document

This document defines the Member Activity Record (MAR) and its place within Circlworld's family of audited platform records. It supersedes the prior Evidence Pack Methodology, which has been retired. The change in name is substantive: "Evidence Pack" carried a courtroom register that misrepresented the product. The Member Activity Record is the Member's own audited record of their involvement with Circlworld. It can be used in legal proceedings if the Member needs it for that purpose, but it is not a legal product, and the platform does not draft legal pleadings.

This document also defines the relationship between the MAR and the two sibling products it sits alongside: the Credibility Report and the Trust Passport.

2. The audited record family

Circlworld produces three distinct audited records, each designed for a different use case and priced accordingly. All three draw on the same underlying data; the difference is in scope, depth, format, and intended use.

2.1 Trust Passport

The lightest of the three. A compact summary of the Member's Standing, current tier, and high-level participation stats. Designed for first-look use by external parties evaluating the Member — a landlord screening a rental application, an employer doing a soft check, a community organisation considering an introduction. Two pages maximum. Designed to be readable in under a minute.

Generation is included with the Pro tier (£29/mo) and Business tier subscriptions. Members on the Credit Builder tier can purchase a Trust Passport for £4.99 per generation. Free-tier Members cannot generate Trust Passports.

2.2 Credibility Report

The mid-weight product. A structured summary of the Member's Standing, methodology applied, recent activity (last 6-12 months), and verification status. Designed for everyday credit applications — car loans, phone contracts, retail credit, rental applications above the level a Trust Passport covers. Eight to ten pages. Designed for a credit underwriter or equivalent to read in five to ten minutes and reach a decision.

Generation is included with the Pro tier and Business tier subscriptions (unlimited within fair use). Credit Builder Members can purchase a Credibility Report for £14.99 per generation. Free-tier Members can purchase one for £24.99.

2.3 Member Activity Record (MAR)

The heavyweight product. The comprehensive audited record of the Member's complete involvement on Circlworld within a selected time window. Designed for substantial financial applications (mortgages, business loans), legal proceedings, immigration applications, and the Member's own permanent records. Fifteen to eighteen pages depending on activity volume. Designed for institutional underwriters, attorneys, and the Member themselves to use as the definitive record.

The MAR is not free at any subscription tier. It is purchased on need. Pricing is in Section 4 below.

3. Member Activity Record — contents and structure

The MAR contains the following sections, each preceded by a plain-English purpose statement explaining what the section is and how the reader should use it. The full schema is:

  1. About this record — what it is, what it isn't, what is included and what is deliberately excluded
  2. Member identity attestation — verified identity with KYC level and audit trail
  3. Applicable platform agreements and Circle rules — the legal framework under which the recorded activity took place
  4. Activity records — contributions and payouts, dual-attested, cryptographically signed, with other Members anonymised by role identifier per data protection requirements
  5. Standing and Credibility data — Standing across time with methodology and comparative context
  6. Treasurer history — where applicable, with explicit statement where absent
  7. Communication records — official Circle Announcements with consent, excluding without-prejudice mediation content
  8. Concerns and disputes — formal disputes raised or pending, with explicit statement where none
  9. Member's optional note — space for the Member's own brief contextual statement, signed by the Member
  10. Factual summary — the platform's objective plain-English summary of what the record demonstrates
  11. Timeline of events — chronological summary of the period covered
  12. Verification — how a reader confirms the record is authentic

The factual summary in Section 10 replaces what was previously called "Statement of Claim" in the Evidence Pack. It is written in plain English, describes what the data shows, and does not engage in legal vocabulary or drafting. Where the Member needs the record for legal proceedings, the Member's qualified attorney will use this factual summary and the underlying data to prepare the appropriate legal documents.

4. Member Activity Record — pricing

The MAR is purchased per generation, with the Member selecting the time window at purchase. Longer windows carry higher prices because they contain more data, require more verification work, and serve more consequential use cases.

4.1 Standard pricing (retail consumer tiers)

Applicable to Free, Credit Builder, and Pro tier Members. All prices are capped at £99 for the most comprehensive option.

| Time window | Standard price | |---|---| | 12 months | £29 | | 24 months | £49 | | 36 months | £79 | | Full historical | £99 (cap) |

4.2 Business tier pricing

Applicable to Business tier Members. Higher pricing reflects expedited generation (24h vs 5 business days), higher-volume use cases, and business-credit application contexts. All prices capped at £199 for the most comprehensive option.

| Time window | Business price | |---|---| | 12 months | £49 | | 24 months | £99 | | 36 months | £149 | | Full historical | £199 (cap) |

4.3 Tier discounts (applied to standard pricing)

The discount is applied to the price ceiling for the tier; the Member's actual price is the lower of (a) the tier price minus discount or (b) the cap.

4.4 Currency equivalence

Members outside the UK see prices converted at current FX rates with appropriate local currency display. Jamaican Members see the same prices in JMD; Nigerian Members in NGN; and so on. Currency display behaviour is governed by the Money Rails specifications and is tested under Stage 6 of the Staged Stress Test Programme.

4.5 Hardship waiver

A Member in documented financial hardship who requires a MAR for a legitimate purpose may apply through the Help Office. The Help Office may grant a waiver at its discretion. Waivers are granted within 5 business days. A waiver applies to the cheapest tier that meets the Member's need, not automatically to the most expensive option.

4.6 Legal proceedings discount

Where a Member requires a MAR to support legal proceedings against another Circlworld Member, the MAR is provided at 50% of the standard price regardless of subscription tier. This is a discrete carve-out: Circlworld should not profit from members needing documentation to resolve disputes that arose on the platform. Application is through the Help Office with a brief statement of purpose; no detailed legal disclosure required.

4.7 Cumulative purchase logic

A Member who purchases a 12-month MAR and within 90 days requires a longer window pays only the difference, not a full new price. This prevents the price ladder from penalising Members whose needs evolve.

4.8 Refund policy

Where a MAR contains a material factual error in the underlying records (not where the Member disagrees with what the records show — that is a matter for the Dispute Settlement Centre), the Member is entitled to correction at no additional cost and a full refund of the original purchase. Disputes about the content of a MAR follow the standard dispute pathway.

4.9 Versioning

When a Member generates a new MAR after a prior one, the new generation is timestamped, and the prior version remains independently verifiable. This is significant for long-running applications where lenders may receive multiple versions over time, and for legal proceedings where the version timestamp is relevant.

5. Credibility Report — pricing reference

For completeness within this document. The full Credibility Methodology is published separately at circlworld.com/trust-charter (the canonical route, preserved under inviolable principle 4; the v4.5-named alias /credibility-methodology resolves there).

| Tier | Credibility Report price | |---|---| | Free | £24.99 per generation | | Credit Builder | £14.99 per generation | | Pro | Included (fair use) | | Business | Included (unlimited) |

6. Trust Passport — pricing reference

For completeness. Full Trust Passport Methodology is published separately at circlworld.com/charter-hall/trust-passport-methodology.

| Tier | Trust Passport price | |---|---| | Free | Not available | | Credit Builder | £4.99 per generation | | Pro | Included (unlimited) | | Business | Included (unlimited) |

7. CirclShop placement

All three audited record products live in CirclShop, the platform's commercial surface. CirclShop is a substantive district of CirclCentral and must be presented as such — not as a footer banner, not as a navigation afterthought, but as an active card in the CirclCentral dashboard with appropriate visual weight commensurate with the products it contains.

The CirclShop product catalogue at launch contains:

8. Generation timelines

Standard generation timelines:

| Product | Standard timeline | Expedited (Business tier) | |---|---|---| | Trust Passport | Immediate | Immediate | | Credibility Report | Within 24 hours | Immediate | | Member Activity Record | Within 5 business days | Within 24 hours |

The MAR's longer timeline reflects the comprehensive nature of the document and the verification work involved. A Business tier Member who needs the MAR within 24 hours pays the Business tier price; this is the operational justification for the price differential.

9. Operative authority

This document is operative and is referenced by the Terms of Service (clause governing Member-facing record products), the Member Agreement (clause governing Member's right to their own audited records), and the Acceptable Use Policy (clause governing legitimate use of audited records).

Amendments to this document follow Charter Hall amendment procedure. Pricing changes are notified to Members no less than 30 days in advance and do not apply retroactively to records the Member has already purchased.

10. Retirement of Evidence Pack vocabulary

All references to "Evidence Pack" in Circlworld operative documents are superseded by "Member Activity Record" with effect from the date of this document. Where prior versions of operative documents reference "Evidence Pack," those references are read as references to the Member Activity Record. The change is one of naming and framing; the substantive product offering is continued and developed.
