AI Trust System
Behavioural transparency
A trust score from 0 to 100 reflecting how reliably a member contributes, participates, repays, and shows up for their community. Always informational. Never used to gate access.
Informational only
Circl never uses trust scores to block, restrict, or limit member action. Scores are visible to circles when members apply to join — those circles decide based on their own bylaws.
Four factors
Every score is computed from these inputs and shown openly
Contribution consistency
Percentage of contributions paid on time across all your circles.
Governance participation
How often you cast votes on proposals you are eligible for.
Repayment record
Loan repayment history (when lending is active).
Peer reputation
Endorsements from other members and dispute outcomes.
Anti-abuse, by design
Circle-jumping (joining only when payouts are due, exiting before contributing) is detected and visible. Trust score decay is transparent. No hidden penalties. Members and receiving circles see the full picture and decide together.
